This past weekend we met with some dear friends for our 6th annual camping trip. We rarely get to see each other so it's a nice treat!
I forget how good it is for my soul to unplug from the world (our family has a no electronic rule during camping), enjoy company and nature.
The boys love the freedom and adventure. Kade discovered he likes riding his bike after learning and not picking it up for over 2 years. He rode round and round grinning the entire time!
On Saturday evening a set of girls came and played at the playground. JD asked to take our dog for a walk and wouldn't you know he trotted over to the girls and they milked up the happy pup as she lay on her back for belly rubs. Smart boy!
Unplug. It's refreshing!!!!
