Just to lighten up I thought I'd share with you something about me.
I ❤ tortillas. What? I've told you that before???
Well, I also come from a long line of repeat story offenders.
But seriously L.O.V.E. them! Chad jokes its because 1)I'm from Odessa and 2)I'm practically Mexican (refer to #1 if you are confused as to why!). I do brown more than my sons who are half Mexican and again, with the tortillas. I believe just about anything can be sandwiched in between the round floury goodness and is improved in value because of it.
So what was my lunch you ask? Leftover sweet potato fries and grilled chicken in a tortilla with cheese, sour cream, and green chilis.
