How do you spell F-U-N?

We had a great weekend! I had two nights in a row to get dolled up with somewhere to be. That is probably one of the most missed things about our prekid time. If I was itching for a date night we could just have one. Now it takes a little (sometimes alot) more preparation. So Friday night we went to Oplin to celebrate my friend Rebekah's birthday. She was sweet enough not to turn down the 90+ year old man for a dance. Chad rescued me with a "you can't have my woman!" whew.


Next was a spontaneous stop at HSU for the homecoming kids thing (we totally forgot about it actually). We missed pretty much all of it but the boys were able to get some balloons and pretend to be a cowboy.



We hit up the football game and because the cheerleading coach and husband are dear friends of ours we got to sit down on the field to where we watched JD observe one cheerleader in particular.


To end the night my awesome sister-in-law and I made a spontaneous (are you seeing a theme here, I like to be spontaneous!) trip to SING at HSU. It was so much fun!
